FIT OUT

We collaborate with architects and design firms to carry out fit-out projects. If assistance is needed, our design team can produce technical manufacturing drawings that will be built by our in-house bespoke manufacturing workshop team or add detail to conceptual designs in preparation for delivery.

PRELIMINARY LAYOUT

La Gare TOMOCA is located in one of the historical buildings in Addis Ababa. In this Design we tried to reflect its history and used decorative elements that Represented its time. The style that is used in this Cafe' is mix of industrial and classical.

The office's design the concept of modern design style by using grey and black to make statement and significance. The use of wood on the walls, furniture and ceiling elements warmth the space and the white paint on the walls brighten the interior. The furniture are simple and functional giving more room to the space layout.

Soreti Hotel is designed with modern Architectural style by creating open and light space. It uses wood and textured marble which provides a warm welcoming atmosphere around the reception area. On the terrace, dark wood and metal is used. with plants and cozy furniture, it created a relaxing environment.

BANK

ZamZam bank is the first full-fledged Islamic bank established in Ethiopia. The design theme used is the combination of modern and Islamic theme. The colors mainly used in green and white colors, it was derived from the logo of bank. the furniture's are costume made modern themed. Well know Islamic patterns is used on the column and as a decorative elements to bring out Islamic sense.

OFFICE HEADQUARTER

Abbahawa headquarter is meticulously designed to create a visually stunning and functional space. The interior and exterior design of the reception, coffee corner, clerk space, customer care, meeting room, and showroom reflects a bold branding
concept with the use of brown tones, along with contrasting elements of black and white. Every detail has been carefully considered to achieve a modern, simple, and functional aesthetic. The furniture chosen for these areas not only complements the overall design but also provides a sense of modernity and efficiency.
